9.1 Preliminary Community Governance Mechanism

StarChain will gradually transition to a community-led governance system, using an on-chain DAO model to drive ecosystem operations and protocol evolution.

Governance mechanism framework:

• Governance Token: STAR

• Proposal mechanism: _{Create proposals on the chain / Voting weight is calculated based on the amount of stake}

• Voting content covers: _{DApp whitelist access standards, application fee destruction ratio adjustment, node income distribution plan, community fund use allocation, etc.}

In the initial stage of governance, the StarDAO Committee will be responsible for hosting and running the system, and after the mainnet is launched, the system will gradually transition to the community DAO autonomous model.

9.2 NFT + On-chain Identity + Equity System

StarChain builds an on-chain user rights model, combines entertainment product scenarios, and plans to introduce an NFT identity system:

9.3 Developer Support Mechanism and Incubation Plan

In order to attract more developers to build entertainment applications based on StarChain, the platform provides the following incentives:
